Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping

Order Cancellations
